Time allowance and scope
We change client-prepared text, images, prices or contact details in existing blocks. Clarification and checks count towards the allowance. Unused minutes do not roll over; extra work is agreed in advance at €49/hour excluding VAT.
New pages, features, SEO campaigns, malware cleanup and pre-existing defects are separate jobs. We restore a deterioration caused by our own update without an additional labour charge.
The backup frequency suits a brochure website. Stores and daily-changing data require a separately agreed backup policy. These plans do not promise 24/7 human support or a fixed restoration time.
Starting maintenance
Taking over an existing website starts at €99 excluding VAT: access, component and backup checks plus standard migration within a 2-hour scope. Email and initial repairs are separate. We do not charge a takeover fee for a suitable site we have just built.
Hosting is already included in the monthly package. Domains, paid licences and email services are separate. Billing is monthly; the next period can be cancelled before it starts. Completed one-off work is charged separately.
Hosting and ongoing help
Development and one-off prices do not include ongoing hosting. Choose a regular hosting plan or maintenance with hosting from €29/month excluding VAT. Domains and paid licences are separate.

Frequently asked questions
Will I own the website?
For agreed and paid development work, we hand over website files or administrative access. Third-party design and plugin licences retain their own terms. Migration options are agreed for the selected technology.
Do I need to change hosting immediately?
No. We can start a one-off job on your current hosting if access and the environment are suitable. Maintenance packages with hosting are offered after assessing the website.
How is the final price confirmed?
Send your requirements and available material. We confirm the result, scope, VAT-inclusive price and schedule in writing. Additional work starts only after its price is agreed.
