1. Data controller

UAB IT prekyba is the controller for account, order, support and service administration data. Contact: support@hootigo.com.

2. Data we process

We process account details, orders, service configuration, support messages, security logs and payment references. Card details are handled by PayPal and eligible wallet providers; Hootigo does not store full card numbers.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to perform the contract, secure the platform, provide support, meet legal obligations and, where applicable, pursue legitimate interests or act on consent.

4. Providers and transfers

We use infrastructure, domain, email, monitoring and payment providers only as needed to deliver the service. Appropriate safeguards are used where data is transferred outside the EEA.

5. Retention and rights

Data is retained only as long as required for the service, security, accounting and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by contacting support.
