Terms of service

1. Agreement and services

These terms apply to web hosting, WordPress hosting, domains, email, VPS, migration and related services. The order summary, price, billing period and stated limits form part of the agreement.

2. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact and registrant details, protect access credentials and use the services lawfully. Malicious code, unsolicited bulk email, unlawful content and activity that disrupts other systems are prohibited.

3. Hosting resources and backups

Storage, website, database, mailbox, file and process limits are shown with each plan. Weekly backups reduce risk but do not replace an independent customer-held copy of critical data.

4. Domains and SSL

A domain is registered only after confirmation by the relevant registry or registrar. Free domain-validated SSL is provided when technically possible and the domain points to the service correctly.

5. Payment and renewal

Monthly PayPal plans renew automatically until cancelled. The renewal amount and frequency are shown before approval. Prepaid 12, 24 and 36-month terms are charged once and do not create a monthly subscription. See the payments and cancellation page for details.

6. Suspension and termination

We may restrict a service for non-payment, abuse or an immediate security risk. Customers can cancel automatic renewal in the portal. Cancellation stops future billing and does not normally end an already paid period early.

7. Liability and governing law

Each party remains responsible as required by applicable law. Lithuanian law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights available in the customer’s country of residence.
